Re-rates for Season 26 have been completed.
As always happens when we run re-rates in late summer, there are some player eligibility oddities. Guys who can reasonably be expected to sign in the next eight weeks or so are currently unsigned, which makes them NSHL-ineligible. If your team has any players that fit that criteria, drop me a line. They'll be considered on a case-by-case basis.
With the award winners for Season 25 announced, we've officially flipped the league calendar over to Season 26.
I don't have a timeline for this offseason. My day job has gotten a bit nuts so even though we've got the ratings file for re-rates ready to go and even though updates to the Draft Center are mostly done, I'm not sure exactly when either of those will be finished. I'm hopeful that it'll be soon, though.

I failed to mentioned this a couple days ago but it looks like most of you noticed... Voting for the NSHL All-Star Game roster is now underway. Voting can be completed via the GM Tools and is a required action.
The S25 Entry Draft is complete and all rated, eligible players who were selected in the draft have been added to their respective teams' roster. Some of our automated tooling around that was acting up so I had to do it manually; let me know if you see any issues with that.
I've jumped the gun a little bit and gone ahead and implemented three of the four requested franchise shifts.
The Cape Breton Capers have gone inactive, with their assets used to restore the Chicago Expos franchise, which has been renamed the Chicago Stars. In their place, the Portland Huskies have relocated to Cape Breton to become the Cape Breton Eagles. Simultaneously, the Thunder Bay Kodiaks have moved to San Antonio as the San Antonio Law.
Re-rates have been completed. As I mentioned in-channel, in an offseason where no CPHL ratings are available, we don't actually apply new ratings but I call it "re-rates" because the process of re-determining player eligibility and refreshing player vitals uses the back-end re-rate process.
With the Season Twenty-four award winners announced, the league calendar has officially moved over to Season Twenty-Five.
Coincidentally, this happens on the twenty-fifth anniversary of our sibling league's first games.
